Teens
How do you get your teenager excited about something other than their phone? Bring them to the Y! The YMCA of Coastal Georgia is the starting point for many youth and teens to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they will carry with them throughout their lives. The benefits are far greater than just physical. When kids play sports or learn to swim, they can build confidence, discover their personal best, have fun and be a part of a team.
The 12-18 years old age group is one of the most important and most overlooked age group in our nation, they are our future generation of doctors, politicians, philanthropists, and artists. We need to start molding their minds and bodies now to ensure their successful futures. That starts at the Y!
Friday Night LYve
To provide teens aged 12–18 a safe, engaging, and empowering environment every Friday night during the summer through basketball, mentorship, music, and community connection.

• Note: There will be no session on Friday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day.
