Ages 3-18

Our staff and professional coaches share a singular vision of helping all youth reach their full potential in life. We leverage the excitement and passion around recreational and competitive programming to create a healthy outlet for children to gain new skills, develop a sense of team and connect with positive role models.

Learning – back handsprings, tucks, combination tumbling, on bars learning kips, back hip circles, on beams, cartwheels, dismounting and handstand hold.

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 classes per month.

The Advanced Beginner Girls class continues the skill progressions introduced in the Beginner or Hi 5/6 classes with emphasis on correct technique while developing greater strength and flexibility.

Learning rolls, handstants, back-bends, introducing bars, pulling self onto bars, walking on beam.

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 classes per month.

This class introduces the six men’s competitive events: vault, high bar, pommel horse, parallel bars, rings and floor exercise. The class focuses on body awareness and works progressions for the basic skills on each event.

Ages 4-12

Beginner Boys gymnastics program is to establish the baseline understanding of, and technical skills building and development for men’s gymnastics.

The beginner class is a fun introduction to the four women’s competitive events. The class focuses on body awareness and begins progressions for the basic skills on each event. The Beginner Girls class is reserved for ages 5 and up.

The Hi 5/6 class is a fun introduction to the four women’s competitive events. The class focuses on body awareness and begins progressions for the basic skills on each event. The Hi 5/6 class follows the same lesson plans as the Beginner class but is reserved for 5 and 6 year olds.

Ages 3-18

Learning – cartwheels, round offs, back bend stand up, back bend walk over, front walk over, on bars working on pull overs, casts, forms, and on beam leaps, turns, and mounts.

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 classes per month.

Ages 5-6

Ages 3-4  (Girls Only)

To learn the basics of gymnastics and promote age-appropriate activities to assist with coordination, balance and strength.

Wednesday 3:30-4:15pm

Saturdays 11:15-12:00pm

Ages 8+

A ninja warrior class is a carefully structured class that involves obstacle courses that test physical and mental agility and abilities of your child!

Ages 8-36 Months

To promotes balance, coordination, strength, and rhythm through a coach guided structured environment for parents and their children.

Private lessons are a great way to introduce gymnastics to anyone! With one-on-one experience from trained coaches, we are determined to help your little one achieve the goals of their dreams. Our Y has a wide range of programs for you and your child. This will also help get your little one ready for our recreational gymnastics’ classes, competition gymnastics, or even some cheerleading!

Private lessons will be held Monday-Friday, any time between 4:00pm-7:00pm.

• 30 minutes sessions will be $25
• 1hr sessions will be $50.

Ages 3-4

Ages 5-6 (Girls Only)

To continue to work on the basics of gymnastics with age appropriate activities to work on proper technique, coordination, agility, strength and balance.

Mondays 3:30- 4:30 pm

Saturdays 12:00- 1:00 pm
