AOA Wellness Day Expo: Vender Registration
Active Older Adults Wellness Day Expo! This vibrant community wellness event is designed to engage, inspire, and support fun-loving adults in prioritizing their health and wellness through a variety of interactive activities, health screenings, and demonstrations.
Saturday, April 12th, from 10 am – 2 pm at the Habersham YMCA
Vendor Fee:
- $25 Nonprofits
- $50 for Profits
Event Sponsorship Fee:
- $500 Bronze Level
- $1000 Silver Level
- $1500 Gold Level
Community Yard Sale: Vendor Registration
Vendors, businesses, and individuals with items to sell. Limited spots available. Cost is for a spot on the yard sale site.
The Community Yard Sale will help support our Annual Community Impact Campaign so that we can provide financial assistance to individuals and families within our community. Financial assistance allows our community members to stay active and healthy, connect with others and get involved in something they enjoy. This event is open to the community.
Vendors must bring own table and chairs.
Easter Egg Hunt: Vendor Registration
Easter Egg Hunt event will run from 10am – 12pm on Saturday, April 12th. Event is open to the community and is family friendly.
Venders, businesses, and individuals who would like to set up a table to sell or advertise are welcome to register for a vendor spot. We reserve the right to limit vendors offering similar products, products/services inconsistent with YMCA values, products/services in direct competition with YMCA products/services and prohibit the following alcohol, fire arms, tobacco, or weapons of any kind.
Set up times will be between 9 – 9:30am day of the event. Vendor will need to provide their own tent if they desire. Table and 2 chairs provided upon request.

Healthy Kid's Day: Vendor Registration

Sneaker Ball
YREADERS and YBASE are doing a collab for the program participants. This is a formal event for all program participants.
Donations are acceptable.
During the event there will be a cash donation voting for $1 per ticket King and Queen (8 & older) and Prince and Princess (7 & younger). The candidates with the most votes will win.

Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser
The Guyton YMCA is teaming up with Southern Kafe on 17 for a spaghetti dinner fundraising event.
Fundraiser is to benefit the YMCA Community Impact Campaign.
Ticket includes: A dinner plate with spaghetti & meatballs, a side salad, buttered corn and peach cobbler.
After your purchase, please stop in at the Guyton branch to receive your redeemable dinner plate ticket. Dinner plate pick-up is set for April 30th from 3pm – 6pm!
