Yoga Posture Clinic
This course is designed to help you awaken your physical body through yoga. The class will focus on building strength, flexibility, balance, and alignment while learning practical knowledge about how yoga helps our bodies function. Each week includes practice of yoga postures, stretches, and key insights to deepen your understanding of yoga.
