Y Readers

LAUNCH THEIR STORY

Y Readers is a free, afterschool academic enrichment program that serves students in kindergarten through third grade who are reading below grade level or at high-risk for falling behind. The program operates as an afterschool program during the academic school year.

The mission of Y Readers is to provide the additional support that students need to be proficient in reading by the end of third grade. Each component of the Y Readers program is designed to help students build foundational reading skills and gain self-confidence.
