Our free, six-week fitness orientation program is a perfect "first step" to helping you achieve your wellness goals. This program is free to all members and offered at all locations. By working one-on-one with a Y Fitness Staff member, you'll work to create a custom plan to help you accomplish your goals and become familiar with the equipment and opportunities available to you at your Y.
