Please download and complete the forms below and bring them with you to the Effingham County After School Enrichment At The School office at the Effingham YMCA during normal business hours. Registration is completed on a first come, first serve basis. You must have the items listed below to register for the 2018-2019 school year. Space is limited and you may be placed on a wait list based upon availability.
Required documents for Effingham County After School Enrichment At The School Registration:
- Completed Enrollment Packet
- Current Immunization Record
- Proof of current lunch status provided by the School District (if requesting a discount under our Free or Reduced Lunch program)
- $40.00 Registration fee per child (We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card)
After School Enrichment At The School is a YMCA of Coastal Georgia program that helps with the after school childcare needs of children with working parents. The YMCA can make this a great time to grow, to play and to be with friends. After School Enrichment At The School programs are not just supervised playgrounds. We strive to maintain a ratio that provides plenty of individual attention as well as small group activity.
After School Enrichment At The School is held at the school your child attends. Hours for Effingham County After School Enrichment At The School locations are from the end of school until 6:30 p.m.
After School Enrichment At The School tuition is billed and paid weekly. Payments are due the Friday before the week of service. A $10.00 late fee is assessed if payment is not made by the close of business on Friday. Tuition payments can be made by cash, check, money order, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and ) at the Effingham YMCA. We also now offer online payments of any YMCA fees.
