Registration for the 2019-2020 school year WILL RESUME MONDAY, AUGUST 26th

 

Please note that some of our Y BASE sites are at capacity and will not reopen for registration. On Monday, August 26th, only the following  sites will open:

The registration process is taking place on-line this year. To help, we've created a step by step guide for creating an account and registering on-line. Please review this guide before calling, as we are experiencing a high volume of calls at this time. 

 

IMPORTANT INFO FOR Y BASE PARENTS:

- To ensure the safety of all students, we will be checking IDs for afternoon pick-up. Please be aware and have your ID with you. 

- Current immunization records are required. Please submit to your Site Director by August 12, 2019. 

- You are welcome to submit your current lunch status letter via email to Robin Reeves, please be sure to include your school name. 

- Please download and review the current Parent Handbook.

We are honored to share that five of our Chatham County YMCA Before & After School Enrichment sites have received a Quality Rating from the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. Georgia DECAL awards Quality Ratings through a voluntary review program to recognize Child Learning Centers and program committed to continuous quality improvement to benefit the children in their care.

YMCA Before & After school Enrichment Hours of Operation - CHATHAM COUNTY

Monday - Friday AM Session 6:30 AM - Start of School
Monday - Friday PM Session End of School - 6:00 PM

 

YMCA BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT FEES

Tuition payments are due weekly, every Friday prior to weeks of service. A $10.00 late fee is assessed for tuition payments not received by due date.

Tuition for EACH participants is considered full tuition until a supporting lunch letter from SCCPSS Nutrition Department Species a reduction. 

The qualification for a reduced or free tuition rate for YMCA Before & After School Enrichment tuition is based ob the direct determination of an income based lunch application provided by the Board of Education. To receive lunch status verification or to obtain a copy or email, contact the SCCPSS Nutrition Department at 912-395-5548 or email directly to Robin Reeves, please be sure to include your school name.
