Family Fun Calendar - Returning Soon!
With so many demands on today’s families, parents need all the support they can get. That’s why child care at the Y is about more than looking after kids. It’s about nurturing their development by providing a safe place to learn foundational skills, develop healthy, trusting relationships and build self-reliance through the Y values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
The Habersham YMCA currently offers full-time childcare for children from 6 weeks through 4 years old. We are now currently accepting wait list applications for the 2020-2021 school year. Please contact Adrienne Arkwright at 912-354-6223, Ext. 240 for more information.

YMCA camp programs offer a fun and unique experience that gives children and tweens the opportunity to have their best summer ever, by meeting new friends, exploring nature, discovering new interests, being physically active and creating memories that last a lifetime.
Day Camp, like many Y programs, is about learning skills, developing character and making friends. Few environments are as special as camp, where kids become a community as they learn how to be more independent and how to contribute to a group as they engage in physical, social and educational activities. Y counselors are dedicated to making sure camp is an amazing experience for every camper.
Day Camps at the YMCA run on a weekly basis, Monday through Friday, for children ages 5-12 years. You can pick and choose which weeks you would like to attend; you can come just one week or the whole summer! Camp is from 9 am -4 pm daily, with pre-camp drop off starting at 7 am and post camp pick up ending at 6 pm.
Looking for something different this summer? Then register for one of our Specialty Summer Camps such as Splish-Splash, Lego, Culinary or Active Arcade camps. We have something for everyone!
