We are more than a gym! Our group fitness classes will get you on track to incorporate a habit of wellness and promote longevity. As a member you can attend any of our offered classes. Take your pick from Zumba, Yoga, Piloxing, Pilates, CuRobiks, Spin, Step, Functional Fitness, Senior Fitness, Barre, Strength Training and more! Our instructors are motivated to help you shine and sweat! Stop in the Aerobics Studio and see what you have been missing. We are here to support your goals!
