High-intensity interval training, that is! This September, we're excited to launch HIIT style fitness classes at all of our Y locations.
While many branches offer a few HIIT classes, we're excited to really shake up our fitness programs this September. What exactly is a HIIT style class? High-Intensity Interval Training is a compact class, usually no more than 30 minutes, that aims to push you to your max for a short period of time followed by rest and then repeated. This style of fitness increases your heart rate and will actually continue to burn calories even after your work out!
